How does payment for the lines work?: Qandid will collect the payment for the lines directly from your clients.
How long do AU tradelines stay on a file?: The inventory has lines available for 30, 60 and 90 days.
How/when do I get paid?: We will pay out the difference between your retail price and the discounted wholesale price once all refunds have been settled each month.
How do I track my client’s activity?: You will have access to a dashboard showing the status of all your client’s activity detailing exactly where they are in the process.
How does Qandid customer support work with my clients?: Qandid customer support will be able to identify your clients and have access to your sales information so we can provide the appropriate response to your clients. Customer Support is active Monday-Friday 9:00 to 5:00PM PST and part time support after hours and on weekends to accept payments and orders.
